| To obtain a refund on any of our products, you must adhere to the following guidelines: |
| A. All returns must be pre-authorized by RIGHT Utilities, Inc. ("RU") as described below. Your right to obtain a refund for any of our products lasts only for a limited time. Your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA number") must be made to RU within 30 days of the date RU made the software available to you (the "Purchase Date"), and RU must receive, on its Fax number (732)791-4584, your fully completed and signed Letter of Destruction ("LOD") within maximum 30 days of your Purchase Date. |
| No refund will be made until the LOD has been received by RU. If the time requirements described above are not met, RU will not be responsible for lost or misdirected email, fax, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays. |

| B. Products not purchased directly from RU must be returned to the place of purchase (Web store, etc.) and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase. |

| C. Our products are offered as 'try-before-you-buy'. You can try any of our products totally free for 15 full days in order to evaluate the software and the functions before you proceed and actually make a purchase. If you proceed and made a purchase, RU will only refund the "Purchase Price" IF AND ONLY IF there is a technical problem with any of our products that our technical team failed to solve it for you within 10 business days from reporting the technical problem. |

| D. To receive a refund for any of RU products, you must first download, complete and sign the LOD (described below), scan it and return it back to RU within maximum 30 days of your Purchase Date. |
You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. |
| Once you have returned the LOD to RU, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. |

| E. All Letters of Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by RU clearly displayed on the form. To receive an RMA number, Click here to requet it |
| You must provide sufficient information for RU to be able to identify your transaction, such as your order number and/or invoice number and/or date of purchase. If RU is able to identify your order, the request is made within the time frame discussed above, and your return reasons was approved by RU. You will be given an RMA number as well as a copy of the LOD ready for completion so that you can complete it, sign it, scan it and return it back to RU. |

| F. You must fill out all required information on the LOD, sign it, scan it,and return it to RU by fax at (732)791-4584 |

| G. When RU receives your properly completed and signed LOD within the time frame discussed above, RU Software will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the software. RU will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you. |
